This is a wonderful volunteer experience allowing you to give back to those who have served our country during our Operation Playhouse events.

OPERATION PLAYHOUSE CAPTAINS NEEDED!
As we gear up for our very busy Operation Playhouse season we will be hosting Playhouse House Captain trainings. This is a wonderful volunteer experience allowing you to give back to those who have served our country during our Operation Playhouse events. The trainings will take place in Worcester, and you need attend just one House Captain training. All House Captains must be 18 years of age or older.

What are House Captains?
A house captain will be the “expert” in charge of one playhouse, the person who instructs the team building the house as to the necessary steps. We provide training beforehand. Our Operation Playhouse Manager will be on site all day, as well as other volunteers. The playhouse events are held throughout the year, both during the week and on the weekend.
Currently, we have a lengthy waiting list of veterans who have requested a playhouse for their children. Help us to serve more veteran and military families throughout New England—and enjoy a fun and happy volunteer experience in the process.
