  5. ReStore Donation

Is this your first time donating?

Please read the guidelines for information on items we do and do not accept. Please note that the acceptance of items is at the discretion of the Donations Coordinator at the time of scheduling, and the Truck Driver at the time of pickup.

Thank you for your interest in donating to the ReStore!

We offer an alternative and cost effective way to dispose of reusable items. All donations are accepted at no cost to the donor, pickup of larger items can be arranged, and all donations are tax deductible.

  1. We can only accept donations that are in good, salable condition.
  2. Donations must be clean, in good working order, and have no missing or broken parts.
  3. See below for a list of items we can and cannot accept.
  4. Donations can be dropped off at our stores during their regular business hours.
    Worcester: Tuesday through Saturday, 10AM – 5PM.
    Ashland: Thursday through Saturday, 10AM-5PM.
  5. Though we strive to take every donation made, we reserve the right to refuse a donation at the time of delivery due to our current stock, the item’s condition, or the safety of our staff and volunteers. We thank you for your understanding.
  6. Please note that dropping off items outside of regular business hours is considered illegal dumping, which significantly detracts from our mission, and as such is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Thank you for your interest in donating to the ReStore!

For more information on what our ReStores can and cannot accept, please refer to the Donation Guidelines listed below.

Please note that dropping off items outside of regular business hours is considered illegal dumping, which significantly detracts from our mission, and as such is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

In recognition of the holiday season, our stores will be closed between the end of December and the beginning of January. Please note that we will not be accepting any drop-off donations while our stores are closed. Check the Shop page for more information and for specific dates for each store.
